Can you surrender one thing that you have been doing for life? One example is by drinking coffee without sugar and milk.

How to do this? Slowly and steady. For the first few weeks, drink your coffee with less sugar, once you get the hang of it, gradually omit sugar but with just milk, after you get used to the taste, try and enjoy to drink coffee on its own… (guess what? I did this within a month, my plain coffee feels as tasty as if I am taking it with sugar and milk. This is what i call changing of lifestyle).

Do you know that by sacrificing something as simple as this, you will lose weight because coffee only contains 2 Calories. Coffee taken with sugar and milk contains about 70 Calories per serving and that’s a difference of 68 Calories… which is huge!

Now, imagine this:-

Coffee on its own
2 Calories x 2 cups per day x 7 days = 28 Calories (1 week)

Coffee with sugar and milk
70 Calories x 2 cups per day x 7 days = 980 Calories (1 week)

i.e 980 – 28 Calories = 952 Calories ( per week )

So, how many calories will you gain if you drink more than 2 times a day? Definitely more than 952 Calories per week, right?

But if coffee is the last thing that you want to sacrifice in your life, no worries, walking and a good pedometer can help too.

Remember: It’s the little things that make a big difference!

This is how 1 lb of body fat looks like… gross… and it’s as big as a size of a mug!
