Tips and motivations on weight loss
Weight Loss Motivation # 1
Eat three meals a day for 7 days without snacking, no sweets, chocolates or cakes. If you’ve accomplished this, reward yourself! (but in moderation). Remember: Indulge yourself with sweet craving only once a week!!
To make things easy to remember, start on Monday till Sunday, indulgence or reward day on Sunday. Then, start all over again!
