Here is an interesting and fun Yoga video for beginners as well advance to watch and practice everyday.
One of my favorite routine is the downward dog. I never knew (at first) that Yoga is fun to do and at the same time helps you to relax – physically (of course at first you stretch your body and when you get used to it, then it relaxes you) and mentally (calms you down).
