is by drinking plain water or coffee/tea without sugar, this way you will omit the extra calories from sugar.
Just remember you won’t be able to taste the sweetness from your coffee or tea or whatever sweet drinks you’re having because the cake is sweet enough.

Are you still in a mood to reduce your weight? Hope your answer is still YES because when is the best time to do so if not now!
Make your goal now (a realistic one), go for baby steps one at a time instead of aiming high like losing 20kg in a month’s time.
If you are seeing results, that will be your turning point.
Don’t ever say – I’ll start tomorrow, BUT do it today and mean it!
Losing 4 kg

If you read my previous post on 10 easy and effective ways about losing weight, you will definitely be losing weight because it works for me. I never really concentrate on my weight till recently where i control my sugar intake as well as cutting down on snacking. Believe it or not – after just one month I manage to lose 4 kg and i am so happy and excited because losing weight is actually not difficult after all.
I do know that 4 kg is too much to be losing in a month’s time and i am surprised too but i guess it’s still healthy because i didn’t deprive myself. The answer is burn more calories, cut down sugar, eat less carb (no white bread) and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
I will update again next week because now i am going to reward myself. Time to get some pampering at the Spa- gonna get a whole body massage and probably a slice of cheesecake later on. Why? Because i can.
Next week will continue my fitness and eating healthy regime – that’s the only effective way to losing weight!
