Water for weight loss
May 15th
I always ask myself if I am drinking enough water. Actually, we tend to ignore that drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day is very important.
Sometimes, it’s the little things that counts in weight loss. Yes, consider water. Water has so many goodness and one of it is that it cleanse our internal body. If you have a yellow/orangey urine that is a sign that you should drink more water. Water also reduces appetite thus it is advisable to drink water whenever you feel hungry so that you will feel full faster and this is why water is always connected with weight loss.
So, how do we remind ourselves to drink enough water or as recommended at 8 glasses of water daily? The most effective is to use a jar and put it next beside you. If you sit in front of the computer, put it on the table next to your computer so that it will remind you to drink the water and make it a habit to empty the jar.
I have this kind of jar which has a measurement of 1 liter, I will make sure that I drink 2 jars (2 liters) a day and that is more than sufficient to hydrate my body fluid.
If you are lazy to do exercise for weight loss, try drinking more water and feel the difference, not only from your weight but also your skin will look radiant and hydrated. Oh and one thing it is free of charge.

I want to be thin, my goal is to reach 55kg in 3 months

No, don’t be alarmed, I am not attempting to lose weight.. well not that much but it is just an eye opener or motivation for some of us who are uninspired or have been forever overweight.
If you set a goal and stick it in your heart and mind and soul, I think it will motivate you more.
Write your goal on a piece of paper and put it somewhere in your room where you can see it every day. No, not under your pillow but maybe in front of a mirror or at your bedroom door.
Make baby steps at first, try to be at your own pace and increase your exercise gradually, follow your rhythm but never stop. Just keep on doing it!
I am going to do my 30 mins daily exercise on an elliptical crosstrainer.. my aim is not to concentrate so much on losing weight but the hardwork you put into doing the exercise.
I also avoid weighing myself everyday because this will only demotivate you especially when you see the weight scale going up but instead let the mirror be your judge. See any improvements because sometimes looking tone is actually adding your weight which is actually your muscle and that means an increment of weight.
Be sure to eat healthily and move more.. I know it’s always easier said than done but it’s your body, you want to look good, you have to work hard to get your ideal body… furthermore there is “No pain, no gain!”.
