Here’s another book I would highly recommend. This book teaches us how to lose weight, maintain it and how to feel full on fewer calories!

The first time I got hold of this book I couldn’t put it down because it’s very interesting to read and easy to understand. Finished reading it the first day and I just couldn’t agree more with the whole concept or plan written in this book. My favorite is with this phrase: No more deprivation – lose weight while eating MORE! I love it that we can choose quantity (eat more) in the world of losing weight and still manage to lose it!

It sounded too good to be true but it’s actually true, you’ll just have to know how! Great read to invest! By the way, I forgot to mention that recipes are also included in this book which is a bonus.
