I want to be thin, my goal is to reach 55kg in 3 months
Mar 10th
No, don’t be alarmed, I am not attempting to lose weight.. well not that much but it is just an eye opener or motivation for some of us who are uninspired or have been forever overweight.
If you set a goal and stick it in your heart and mind and soul, I think it will motivate you more.
Write your goal on a piece of paper and put it somewhere in your room where you can see it every day. No, not under your pillow but maybe in front of a mirror or at your bedroom door.
Make baby steps at first, try to be at your own pace and increase your exercise gradually, follow your rhythm but never stop. Just keep on doing it!
I am going to do my 30 mins daily exercise on an elliptical crosstrainer.. my aim is not to concentrate so much on losing weight but the hardwork you put into doing the exercise.
I also avoid weighing myself everyday because this will only demotivate you especially when you see the weight scale going up but instead let the mirror be your judge. See any improvements because sometimes looking tone is actually adding your weight which is actually your muscle and that means an increment of weight.
Be sure to eat healthily and move more.. I know it’s always easier said than done but it’s your body, you want to look good, you have to work hard to get your ideal body… furthermore there is “No pain, no gain!”.
How to eat junk food without piling on the kilos
Oct 2nd
We know they’re not nutritious but we still eat them. So use these little changes to keep your weight in check:
DON’T SIZE UP
One up-sized serving of McDonald’s french fries has 610 calories while a small serving has 210 calories. Switch from up-sized to small once a week and you’ll lose 20,800 calories a year, or 2.3kg.
TOAST LESS
Instead of two 220ml glasses of wine four times a week, have only one. Calorie savings in a year: 17,264 calories or 1.9kg.
CHIPS CHECK
Love having chips in front of the telly? then go for baked chips instead. Eating 110g of baked chips once a week saves you 6,240 calories a year, or 860g.
When you add them all up: 2.3 kg + 1.9 kg + 860 g = 5.06 kg ( You just did yourself a favor for not piling up an extra 5.06 a year)!
Scarlett Johansson lost 7 kilos
Apr 17th
Scarlett Johansson is well known with her curvaceous body and recently after reading a report from the star magazine, I was shocked to note that Scarlet has shed pounds off her curvaceous body and that means she is now skinny. Furthermore, she wasn’t fat to begin with.
I think she didn’t have to do a drastic change to her already curvy body, all she need was toning up. I just don’t get it that why some woman prefer being skinny as opposed to being curvy.
I prefer her pre-body weight before her weight lost. What do you think?
