Besides using plastic surgery other ways to help reduce fat and cellulite are:

Diet – Reduce foods with toxins (such as fried food, caffeine, alcohol and sugar). Drink at least eight glasses of water to help drain toxins ( you really don’t need them!)

Exercise – Three times a week to improve blood circulation and tone the muscles.

Sleep – Have sufficient amounts, furthermore lacking of sleep will make you look like a racoon, we don’t want that, do we?) Think of sleeping beauty. ;)

Scrub – Use scrub once a week or twice a week to eliminate dead cells and refine the skin texture.
