<p>I find this is very saddening because some people actually supported her and encourage her to gain some more pounds. Sad but true.</p>

<p>Winter time is definitely the time where our immune system gets low and so often we get the normal fever, cough and flu sickness. </p>
<p>When I get sick, I always have the above three sickness  and the only thing that I don&#8217;t get a prescription for or which no other medicine is effective to cure is flu or runny nose.<br />

<p>5. <span style="color:#F64595;">You&#8217;re a wine drinker if&#8230;</span><br />
* You have at least one alcoholic drink a day.<br />
* You prefer savoury food over sweets.<br />
* You enjoy eating gourmet cheese, päte and caviar.<br />
* You have no problem eating fat when it&#8217;s already in foods like cheese but tend not to add butter of spreads. </p>
<p><span style="color:#F64595;">Your diet needs minor fine-tuning. You eat fruit and vegetables daily and keep desserts to a minimum, but your overall nutritional intake consists of excessive alcohol. If you&#8217;re a firm believer that red wine is good for your heart, note that excessive alcohol negates the benefits of the polyphenols found in the wine.</span></p>

<p>First and foremost, to have a dream body doesn&#8217;t happen overnight. You really have to sweat and be discipline in order to reach your goal. </p>
<p>Found this great exercise for the lower part of body which is like a Godsend because you do not need an equipment and by the look of it, it&#8217;s fun.</p>
<p>I have been practicing this exercise recently and I tell you, it really keeps the heart pumping, a very good cardiovascular activities. Try them or better still bring your kids to join you. Thanks Fitz for the great workout!</p>

<p>I have been sick quite often this past few months and have been searching for the cure by browsing the internet and found loads of remedy but the only thing that is very effective with colds is by taking <strong>one tablespoon Luke warm honey with ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder daily for 3 days.</strong> This process will cure most chronic cough, cold and clear the sinuses.</p>
<p>Try it, if it works for me I don&#8217;t see that it doesn&#8217;t work for you.</p>

<p>Eat tomatoes and soy</p>
<p>No matter how you actively do your exercise or spend hours of strenuous exercise a day, it wouldn&#8217;t change the texture of your skin, so the problem arise from skin, not fat or muscle.  Changing your diet and taking skin firming supplements can help. Lecithin which comes from soy, spinach and tomatoes, helps repair cell membranes.</p>
<p>Ditch junk food</p>
<p>High salt content in junk food encourages fluid retention. Cellulite contains higher than average water-attracting cells, so if you have excess fluid in the body, this moves to the cells, swelling them which could also cause cellulite in slimmer women.</p>
<p>Drink more water</p>
<p>Excessive caffeine, salt and alcohol &#8211; and not enough water will cause the orange peel effect. Limit coffee and alcohol, and drink enough water and you will see a difference in a few weeks.</p>
<p>Cut out refined sugar</p>
<p>Acid forming foods make our bodies too acidic which upsets the digestive system and makes it less able to eliminate waste products.  Quit eating refined sugars and refined carbs such as white rice and white bread. Also cut back on salt, eat more vegetable and drink more water.</p>
