At first, I felt a bit skeptical about putting an about page in this site/blog but after a while I enjoy writing here thus I feel it’s about time my readers (you) to get to know me.
I started this blog just as a hobby and to share my 2 cents about weight loss. I am not a nutritionist or professional in weight management but just a normal stay-at-home-mom (SAHM) who has been battling with weight loss (yes, I know how you feel). I have gained weight after I gave birth to my daughter and mostly what I write here is base on my experience which has helped me to lose weight (now my aim is to lose just a bit of weight like say 5 – 6 3 kilos and maintain it and now I am almost there).
This is also a platform for me to motivate myself and sharing it to you in case you find it useful. But please be nice and don’t leave nasty comments if you don’t like this site/blog, the easiest way is to just leave and never return.
