Lose weight in two or three months

Time flies.. September is coming to an end and tomorrow another full month to accomplish. So what have you people accomplished so far in terms of lose weight? Any difference so far or are you still depriving yourself from food and when hunger strikes you felt pity at yourself and try to stuff calories laden food in your mouth.
A recent commenter I received today question me with the above title post; how to lose weight in 2 or 3 months? What is the most important thing in losing weight? Do you know? Well, the answers are actually already in this blog, if you care to check the previous post you will find the answers there but I know most of my readers are new so they would straightaway ask this question.
Ok I am being so nice today and not ask you to go and dig answers from the archives but here I will give some tips that will help to lose weight. Tips are abundant but it all depends on us and if we are disciplined enough to follow the tips and sacrifice some foods that contains high in calories.
1. Drink plenty of water. This is the most suggested lose weight tips but sometimes it is always neglected. I wonder why as it is the cheapest lose weight tips around. It is everywhere and it is free. Gives good clear skin complexion. So do not complain, just get your dose of 8 glasses of water a day.
2. Eat less white food such as bread and rice. These types of food are essential for the body but if taken more than you need, it will contribute to your weight gain. Try cutting down by eating just once a day (preferably just in the morning for breakfast) and if you still can’t live without them, just cut the portion into half or less than you normally take them. Stock more on vegetables and fruits. Ditch the chocolates and sweets. You will tend to grab them during your tv sessions, so snack on fruits or vegetables instead.
3. Burn those calories. Go jogging, walk to the park, join a dancing class, ride a bicycle or join a gym. If you are married to your pc, then try to burn off those fats indoor, try to walk at home instead.

4. Try portion control. Divide your plate into 3 parts (see diagram). This way you can control your carbohydrate intake into 1/4 portion. Try it, it’s really effective. If you want fast result, use a smaller plate.
5. You can only lose weight when you do all of the above as your lifestyle, do not fall into a yo-yo diet because all your hardwork will go down the drain. Accomplish your goal and when you have accomplished your desired weight, treat yourself one of your favorite dessert or cake. Remember, this is not for you to indulge daily but as a reward to your hardwork and determination. And please have just a piece!
Not happy, then change it

If you are NOT happy with what you see in the mirror, change it!
Why we always tell ourselves that we are not happy with our body? What makes you think some people with slim/toned body have the body that you wisher for? It’s because they have a goal and aimed to look that way!
If you want to lose a few pounds, you need to make a goal and achieve it. You can’t fret and feel unhappy just because you are overweight and not doing anything about it.
Nowadays, they are many means and ways to help us to lose weight, they are from exercise/workout, weight loss pills, weight loss programs just to name a few but the most important thing to choose which works for you is to think whether you could do this for a lifetime and make it part of your lifestyle and if you can’t, you will definitely see yourself in a yoyo situation; the weight will go off and then it will come back again.
What I am trying to explain here is to do something which you love to do so that it will lasts forever.
If you love cycling, then do it everyday or 3 times a week. Make it a lifestyle habit and you will definitely see result.
Walk at home

Whoa.. for the past few weeks, I have been receiving so many emails and comments asking for help on how to lose their weight. This is the most common question I received almost everyday. To those who have sent me emails/comments, this is for you.
I know all men and women have the same problem that is how to lose weight especially on the belly areas. Of course just eating alone and worrying or whining doesn’t help at all so the best thing to do is to have a goal and stick to it. If you like to eat, you can still eat but try to put activities in your life. Don’t be a couch potato.
You’ve asked for my help but I can’t help you BUT you can help yourself by doing a lot of moving activities and still be able to enjoy your favorite food. I can only suggest you what to do.
Now, here is a video which will give you the idea on how to lose weight effectively that is by walking at home. Yes, it’s very easy. You don’t have to go out and endure the hot or cold weather depending on where you live, just do it at home and lose pounds and inches off your belly. Some people who did this walking exercise lose more than 100lbs.
Now, do this today and don’t waste time. Fret no more. Enjoy life and see the results for yourselves in few weeks. Try this great walk at home exercise where anyone can do it, your children can join you too or bring your boyfriend to join you.
