If you are here to lose weight, you’re at the right place. I’m telling you how to lose weight with a pedometer. All, you have to do is buy a pedometer? If you don’t – well, it’s about time to get one because this is the cheapest and easiest tool to help you to lose weight by counting the steps you make.
A research has proven that making 10,000 steps a day helps you to lose weight as well as to maintain the weight you want. Seriously, how easy is that compared to going to a gym and spend $$, furthermore you can do this anywhere and everywhere you want, all you need is to put on your pedometer and walk or do your house chores which involves you to use the staircase or go to the garden and do your gardening. You can also bring out the rubbish to the incinerator. All these activities, if combined together counts and give you numbers on your pedometer, even going to the television to switch it on counts instead of using the remote control, all you have to do is move and use your feet!

Losing weight is every woman’s dream or want. But how bad do we want to lose weight that sometimes losing weight is merely coming from the mouth. Yeah, I am saying this because I am in that position too. Sometimes having a crosstrainer at home or that threadmill is not always the solution that one will exercise to lose weight.
In this scenario, motivation and discipline is very important. The question here is how to get motivated? One thing that really work is to take a photo of your flabby/heavy self and paste it on a mirror or better still in front of the fridge where you could be reminded easily.
